We are very excited to bring to our customers a new meter reading upgrade to our system. Over the course of the next few months, we will be installing each account with a new state of the art Auto Read Meter and once the complete system is done, we will have the ability to monitor water usages, collect readings wirelessly at anytime during the day for billing, as well as, customer access to their personal usages, and leak detection. Meter readings for billing will still be collected on the 15th of each month.
Please take a look at our "Bad Dog/Locked Gate" policy to determine the only time that a meter would be estimated during the reading time frame.
